Seretha Watts is currently nursing and mentoring at MHMRA of Harris County. Her career in Mental Health spans over seven years in working with adolescents, pre-adolescents, adult and geriatrics. Group-Therapy, Medication Education, and Crisis Response Team Member, is just a fraction of the activities that Mrs. Watts has been attached to. She currently holds licenses and certifications in both the state of Texas and Louisiana. She has been proven to be tested and ready in the wake of disasters. She volunteered during both Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita with American Red Cross and several elementary schools.
Her recent years include nursing and mentoring veteran troops returning from Iraq and Afghanistan at Brook Army Medical Center in Fort Sam Houston located in San Antonio, Texas. Mrs. Watts is no stranger to military surroundings, She served in the Armed Forces from 1997- 2004. She is a veteran that served in Operation Iraqi Freedom in Iraq, and Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. Her military experience spans global locations including various duties ensuring a safely completion of mission critical objectives. |
